Hawkes Law is Vanuatu's longest established internationally connected accounting firm, having commenced business in 1970. Originally the firm was known as Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co, then KPMG, and since 1 October 2002 is an independent firm with a correspondent relationship with KPMG. 
The firm's name has changed to Hawkes Law, after the names of the two resident partners of the firm in Vanuatu. The firm was the first of the "Big 8" accounting firms to establish a place of business in Vanuatu, and is now the only correspondent firm of the remaining "Big 4" accountants in Vanuatu. We provide a range of services to local and international clients and have professional staff who are fluent in English and French.
