* In addition to the above, it is our standard practise to courier the package of company incorporation / trust formation documents if these are being sent outside the Pacific region. Courier fees are: Asia and Pacific USD85, USA / Canada / UK USD100, Europe and Other US$110. The above include 5% tax, where applicable, but do not include other services such as the provision of nominees (special conditions apply) or mail services – see Other Fees, as applicable. Long term registration fees are payable in advance in one installment and will not be refundable once paid.
